2026 Foundation Energy Course

Stepping into Magic Wisdom – A Year of Energy, Intuition & Self-Discovery

In person | Small group | Starts Monday 19 January 2026

Meets every 3rd Monday | 7–9 PM

Venue: Balanced Soul Therapies - 1 Longfellow Crescent, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8JU

Begin the new year with a gentle, grounded journey into understanding your own energy — deeply, clearly, and intuitively.

This 12-month foundation course supports you in reconnecting with your inner self, strengthening your intuition, and exploring the core principles of energy work in a steady, nurturing way.

Each session includes teaching, guided practice, reflective discussion, and continued support through a dedicated journal workbook.

You will also receive access to a private online membership space — the 2026 Foundation Energy Circle — where you can engage with monthly journaling prompts, optional home practices, and a place to share reflections or ask questions.

This held space helps you stay connected to your growth, the journey, and your own inner wisdom throughout the entire year.

Our journey concludes on 21 December 2026, aligning beautifully with the energy of the Winter Solstice, creating a powerful moment of completion, reflection, and renewal.
